About

at Tahquamenon Falls, Michigan
I’m a gay / queer ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. I grew up in northern Michigan and have lived mostly in southwest Michigan since 1984. I have a BA in mathematics and computer science and Masters degrees in computer science and religion. I authored the book “Out of the Ashes: Constructive Theology for Those Burned Out on Christianity, published in 2017 by Energion Publications. I’ve also self-published several small collections of my poems. Other interests include reading (especially science fiction and fantasy when reading for fun), golf, and following Detroit Tigers baseball.
